Abstract Deltex-3-like (DTX3L), an E3 ligase, which is also known as B-lymphoma and BAL-associated protein (BBAP), is a member of the Deltex (DTX) family and was originally identified as a binding partner of diphtheria-toxin-like ADP-ribosyltransferase-9 (ARTD9). The present study found that DTX3L and ARTD9 were upregulated in synovial tissues obtained from rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients compared with those from the controls. Healthy synovial tissues were obtained by arthroscopic biopsy from patients with meniscus injury (n = 10 samples) without a history of RA in the Orthopedic Department of the...

Authors: Shi YQ, Qi WF, Kong CY Abstract Rheumatoid arthritis (RA), which normally manifests as a multi‑joint inflammatory reaction, is a common immunological disease in clinical practice. However, the pathogenesis of RA has not yet been fully elucidated. Rituximab (RTX) is an effective drug in the treatment of RA, however its therapeutic efficacy and mechanism of action require further investigation. Thus, the present study aimed to screen the candidate key regulatory genes and explain the potential mechanisms of RA. Gene chips of RA and normal joint tissues were analyzed and, gene chips of RTX before and after ...

ConclusionOverall, PF ‐SZ‐IFX and IFX‐EU were similar in efficacy within the analyzed subgroups of age, gender, race, region, treatment history, and immunogenicity status. The efficacy results from these subgroup analyses were aligned with the previously described results for the overall population up to week 30.

ConclusionsRF isotypes and ACPA are associated with future CV events. ACPA levels and number of sub ‐specificities seem more important than the occurrence of particular sub‐specificities. These associations were not explained by smoking.

She was started on methotrexate (MTX) in X-1. She developed a cough, and chest computed tomography showed abnormalities. In X, MTX was discontinued, but the cough persisted. A lung biopsy revealed a diagnosis of nodular sclerosis classic Hodgkin lymphoma (CHL-NS). She was considered to have "other iatrogenic immunodeficiency-associated lymphoproli...
