GSE123192 Reveal the atlas of infiltrated B lymphocytes in breast cancer by paired single-cell RNA and BCR sequencing

To gain mechanistic insights into the origin and dynamics of tumor infiltrated immune cells, especially B lymphocytes, we combined single cell RNA-sequencing and antigen receptor lineage analysis to characterize a large number of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) infiltrated immune cells. Here we present a comprehensive atlas of infiltrated B-lymphocytes in TNBC, where various B memory cell subgroups demonstrated a continuous transcription gradient. Further studies on the characterization of all infiltrated immune cell types in TNBC and mechanisms how TNBC escaped from immunosurveillance in human patients will provide essential guidance for immunotherapy of TNBC.
