SBRT dose for bone osteocondensing vs osteolytic lesions?
Dear colleagues,
I have a patient with metastatic prostate adenocarcinoma, that responded very well to systemic treatment except for one painful osteocondensing lesion of the left ilio-ischial bone.
SBRT to this lesion was opted.
Is there any difference concerning the dose prescription for osteocondensing lesions compared to osteolytic mets?
what is the best dose/fractionation to such relatively large lesion ?
