Eccentric Training and Biceps Femoris Architecture and Strength: A Systematic Review With Meta-Analysis.
CONCLUSIONS: In healthy adults, an eccentric strength-training program produced architectural adaptations of the long head of the biceps femoris muscle and increased eccentric hamstrings strength.
