We report a case morphine toxicity in an elderly patient of lung cancer with concomitant presence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and recent onset renal impairment. Opioid analgesic overdose is a lethal but at the same time, a preventable and treatable condition. We managed the case using naloxone infusion. CONCLUSIONS: The results of this study suggest that ELISA-based analysis of anti-bacterial EV antibodies titers can be used as a diagnostic tool for lung disease. Conclusion: Quantitative SPECT/CT is useful in pre-surgical evaluation or radiation treatment planning of patients with pulmonary nodule or lung mass. Larger sample size of patients with underlying emphysema is needed to further evaluate the utility of this technique. We recommend Quantitative perfusion SPECT/CT for lobar assessment than traditional regional quantitative perfusion prior to surgery.
