Trump administration scrambles to offer guidance on what to do if hospitals run out of basic supplies for coronavirus
Health-care workers are reusing masks and switching to less effective protections, and the Department of Health and Human Services said Saturday it is updating formal guidance on how hospitals should respond if stores of protective equipment run out.
