Connective tissue growth factor as an unfavorable prognostic marker promotes the proliferation, migration, and invasion of gliomas.
CONCLUSIONS: CTGF is highly expressed in glioma, especially GBM, as an unfavorable and independent prognostic marker for glioma patients and facilitates the progress of glioma.
