Endoscopic submucosal dissection for chronically bleeding gastric metastasis from undifferentiated liposarcoma

Gastric metastases from liposarcoma are extremely rare, and surgical resection with/without chemo-radiotherapy is the usual treatment [1 –3]. Only one case of gastric metastasis, has been described to date [3]. The percentage of distant metastasis from undifferentiated liposarcoma ranges between 2–45.8%, and lungs are the most prevalent site of secondary occurrence [73.8% of cases (range, 20–91%)].
