ConclusionThe diagnostic yield of EBUS-TBNA to evaluate PD-L1 expression in advanced NSCLC appeared acceptable in association with relevant clinical outcomes after treatment with ICIs. A further prospective study with a larger sample size is required to confirm our findings.
