Delayed versus classic orthostatic hypotension: clinical and prognostic implications.

Conclusions: Among inpatients, delayed OH is associated with a lesser magnitude of orthostatic blood pressure fall than classic OH. However, rates of symptomatic OH and long-term mortality were comparable between the groups.
