Home intranasal dexmedetomidine for refractory dystonia in Pediatric Palliative Care

We report on the use of intranasal (IN) dexmedetomidine at home as a safe and effective sedative option for an 18-months-old toddler with refractory dystonia in the context of a progressive epileptic encephalopathy.
