Bachmann-Strauss Foundation awards $1.2 million to establish Centers of Excellence around US

(The Bachmann-Strauss Dystonia & Parkinson Foundation) The Bachmann-Strauss Dystonia and Parkinson Foundation has awarded $1.2 million in matching grants to establish Dystonia and Parkinson's Disease Centers of Excellence at three major US medical centers: The University of Alabama at Birmingham, the University of Florida and the University of California, San Francisco. The new centers will join the existing Center of Excellence at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City.
