How to Hire the Best People and Inspire Performance: Lessons for Radiology

I have a long history of starting, backing, and nurturing growing companies. In 1983, I cofounded Sterling Partners, a value-added, growth private equity firm that raised eight funds with more than $5.7 billion of capital. Over the years, I have started several other companies as well, with my successes stemming from hiring the best people and inspiring the best performance.
