Giant Saphenous Venous Graft Aneurysm Causing Heart Failure
A 69-year-old man presented with acute onset shortness of breath. He had a history of coronary artery bypass grafting 40 years prior. Chest x-ray showed an 8-cm mass that was inseparable from the right cardiac margin (Figure 1). Chest computed tomography scan was performed and was suspicous for a bypass graft aneurysm.
