Solo Smart stentless bioprosthesis for extensive aortic annular defects caused by infective endocarditis

ConclusionThe supra ‐annular aortic valve replacement using the Solo Smart valve is considered to be a useful alternative to standard aortic valve replacement in patients complicated with extensive annular defect. It is a simple and technically less demanding alternative to ARR or aortic valve translocation technique .
