Cinacalcet attenuates the renal endothelial-to-mesenchymal transition in rats with adenine-induced renal failure.

In conclusion, our study suggested that reducing serum PTH by CINA treatment could attenuate renal fibrosis via suppression of EndMT in the adenine-induced CRF rat model.
