ConclusionAll results showed the protective effects of the dominant model of COX ‐2 rs2745557 polymorphism and risk factor of 15‐PGDH rs8752 polymorphism on SLE development.

CONCLUSIONS: In pSS, autoimmune CHB could be one of the first "indirect" signs of the disease in women of childbearing-age, in whom the diagnosis is confirmed several years later. Some maternal characteristics could be related with recurrent CHB, such as having an already-confirmed diagnosis of pSS and carrying the two Ro/La autoantibodies. CONCLUSION: The presence of neurometabolite abnormalities in patients without ouvert CNS manifestations, suggests that systemic inflammation, atherosclerosis or abnormal vascular reactivity may be associated with subclinical CNS manifestations.
