A role for connexin-43 in Duchenne muscular dystrophy cardiomyopathy
This study contributes to the understanding of pathologic Cx43 remodeling and encourages further research into developing strategic interventions to mitigate cardiac dysfunction and arrhythmias in DMD patients.
