Call for Nominations: Max Mozell Award for Outstanding Achievement in the Chemical Senses The Max Mozell Award for Outstanding Achievement in the Chemical Senses is intended to recognize the accomplishments of a senior scientist working in the chemical senses. The research record should provide evidence of excellence and contributions that have a major impact on research in the chemical senses. Ideal candidates would also demonstrate a concern for and contributions to the chemical senses community and organizations that foster its work. The award is $2,000 and is given during the Welcome/Awards Ceremony on opening night of the Annual Meeting. ELIGIBILITY Members of AChemS who have made significant contributions to the field of the chemical senses. Nominations may be made by AChemS members only. Documentation for the nomination should include: 1) A letter of support outlining the important contributions of the nominee. 2) Additional information on the nominee including the current position and title, address, telephone, e-mail address, year of receipt of the PhD and a list of publications (alternately include a full CV). 3) Up to five other supplemental letters of support. 4) Although reprints of the candidate's work are welcome, no more than three should be submitted, and these should be as pdfs Electronic nominations are preferred!
