Septin4 as an autophagy modulator regulates Angiotensin-II mediated VSMCs proliferation and migration.

In conclusion, our results indicated that during the process of VSMCs proliferation and migration induced by Ang-II, Septin4 modulated autophagy and thus regulated the activity of proliferation and migration.
