Pancreatic cancer is the fourth leading cause of cancer-related mortality with less than 8% 5-year survival rates. Knowledge on pathogenesis and tumor microenvironment of pancreatic cancer has advanced largely because of mice models; however, a mouse model is unsuitable for site selective delivery.
