Conclusion. In this consecutive case series we performed 231 ADRs in 147 patients in the outpatient setting, including multilevel and revision procedures, with 2 minor postoperative complications resulting in hospital unplanned admissions within 90 days. We believe that these procedures are safe to perform in an ASC. An efficient surgical team and careful patient selection criteria are critical in making this possible. Level of Evidence: 3

Conclusion. Spinal infection in the presence of liver cirrhosis is challenging. The rate epidural abscess formation is relatively high. Early diagnosis remains the main cornerstone in the management and the indication for surgery should be carefully considered. Minimally invasive techniques should be used when possible to minimize complication rate, and higher amounts of intraoperative blood loss should be expected. Level of Evidence: 4

Conclusions. Multiple factors were associated with a significantly increased risk of VFX compared with NVFX. Understanding the risk factors unique to fragility VFX is a critical component for targeting “at-risk” patients and preventing future osteoporosis-related fractures and their consequences. Conclusion. The results of this study yield further support for the importance of rapid functional improvements during a PT episode of care. In addition, patients demonstrated roughly two-thirds of their improvement in the first 40% of visits regardless of their symptom duration. This study may help clinicians identify a need to modify a plan of care if insufficient early improvement is observed. Level of Evidence: 3

This study aims to assess the impact of miR-149 rs2292832 C/T polymorphism and miR-149-5p expressions in cytotoxic effect of temozolomide against glioma cells. A total of 137 cases of glioma patients and 21 healthy cases were enrolled in this study for clinical research.
