The ratio of plasma angiopoietin-2 to angiopoietin-1 as a prognostic biomarker in patients with sepsis.

CONCLUSIONS: Plasma Angpt-2 was related to cytokines, but Angpt-2/1 ratio was a good predictor of 28-day mortality in patients with sepsis.
