Blood and sweat: Wearable medical sensors will get major sensitivity boost

(Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology) Scientists explain how to increase the sensitivity of biosensors to the point where they can be integrated into smartphones, smart watches, and other wearable devices. The proposed solution can be not only easily fabricated but also integrated with materials like graphene oxide for providing adsorption of the biomolecules on the sensitive part of the optical elements.
