An unusual case of pleural effusion associated to fitz-hugh-curtis syndrome
Fitz-Hugh-Curtis syndrome is the perihepatic inflammation of Glisson's capsule caused by pelvic inflammatory disease, and it is often unrecognized. Here we report a rare case of Fitz-Hugh-Curtis syndrome associated to Neisseria gonorrhoeae infection with secondary right pleural effusion.
