Abstract This paper is a retrospective analysis of the sole transfer of monopronucleated zygotes (1PN) embryos both in in vitro fertilization (IVF) and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) to determine the value of transferring embryos formed from 1PN. Conclusion: It is mandatory to point out that our conclusions are valid for patients with ovarian advanced endometriosis but normal ovarian functions. These results suggest three different progestins protocols are equivalent in terms of pregnancy outcomes for women with advanced endometriosis. PPOS protocol can be an alternative choice for women with severe endometriosis and normal ovarian reserve in IVF/ICSI treatment. ConclusionAMH-based stimulation has the same results of pregnancy rate and risk of OHSS and can reduce the dose of rFSH and duration of stimulation.
ConclusionsThese findings indicate that there are no significant differences in the maturation of oocytes and the embryo quality for the women with low AMH level and ideal retrieval eggs but they should undergo IVF treatment and achieve successful pregnancy as soon as possible due to the higher basal FSH, the relatively fewer number of retrieval eggs and the possibility of coming diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) or poor respond (PR) despite their younger ages.
