NHS doctors are making thousands by plugging BMWs, deodorant and snacks on Instagram

One trainee orthopaedic surgeon, Dr Joshua Wolrich, was allegedly paid £4,000 to encourage his 244,000 Instagram followers to eat red meat, without mentioning NHS health guidelines.
