Cell-free DNA BRAF V600E measurements during BRAF inhibitor therapy of metastatic melanoma: long-term analysis.

CONCLUSIONS: Monitoring of plasma BRAF p.V600E cfDNA concentrations in patients with metastatic melanoma on targeted therapy may have prognostic value.
