Endovascular Repair of Ascending Aortic Pseudoaneurysm Using Transfemoral Frame-Coiling Under Total Cerebral Protection
Ascending aortic pseudoaneurysms (AAP) are associated with prior cardiac surgery. Although most commonly incidental, they can present with compression or rupture. Surgery is challenging given its likely reoperative nature. Various transcatheter therapies are associated with a considerable risk for neuroembolic complications.
