Pre-publication notice of proposed rule from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services revising regulations for Medicare Advantage (Part C), Medicare Prescription Drug Benefit (Part D), Medicaid, Medicare Cost Plan, and Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly. Changes are intended to reduce "red tape" to allow providers adequate time for patient care. Includes rural implications throughout, including those impacting Medicare Advantage and Cost Plan Network adequacy and Part D pharmacy performance measures, among other things. Comments on the proposed changes are due by April 6, 2020.
