3D/4D spatiotemporal image correlation (STIC) fetal echocardiography provides incremental benefit in predicting the postnatal surgical approach in double outlet right ventricle.

CONCLUSION: Addition of 3D/4D techniques to conventional 2D fetal echocardiography confers incremental benefit to diagnostic accuracy and prediction of post-natal surgical approach in fetuses with DORV thereby aiding prenatal counselling.
