Single-Port Sleeve Gastrectomy Compared With Conventional Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy: 5-Year Follow-up of Weight Loss, Comorbidity Resolution, and Cost.

Conclusions. SPIDER SG was safe with long-term effects on weight loss comparable to LSG. Despite the higher cost of SPIDER SG, a shorter hospital stay and better cosmesis were observed.
