ConclusionWe here firstly present the profiling of IgGN-glycans in pretreatment serum of LAGC. The alterations in IgGN-glycome may be personalized biomarkers to predict the response to NACT in LAGC and help to illustrate the relationship between immunity and effect of NACT.
