Percutaneous Exposures of volunteers to polychromatic light (480-3400 nm) trigger systemic mechanism of the human myeloma cells growth delay without any effect on bortezomib cytotoxicity in vitro.

Conclusion: The results suggest the systemic mechanism of polychromatic light and argue in favor of its oncological safety during/after BTZ therapy of MM patients without effect on the drug cytotoxicity. PMID: 32009729 [PubMed]
