Does cytoreductive surgery followed by adjuvant chemo-radiotherapy decrease the risk of recurrence and death in stage III endometrial cancer?

CONCLUSIONS: Our study demonstrated that optimal cytoreduction is the most significant prognostic factor and adjuvant CRT seems to be associated with a significant decreased risk of recurrence in stage III EC.
