Correspondence: “Efficacy of electromotive drug administration in delivering botulinum toxin A in children with neuropathic detrusor overactivity - Outcomes of a pilot study”

In the study presented by Koh and colleagues, the authors performed an interesting investigation by comparing electromotive drug administration (EMDA) of botulinum toxin type A (BtA) with conventional intravesical BtA injection in children with neuropathic detrusor overactivity (NDO) [1]. Also, they compared two different BtA molecules, Botox ® vs. Dysport®. According to their experience, BtA/EMDA performed poorly when compared to conventional intravesical BtA injection.
