Severe visual impairment due to an optic neuropathy and central retinal vein occlusion in a sarcoidosis patient
ConclusionsOur findings suggest neurosarcoidosis of the unilateral retrobulbar optic nerve can cause compressive optic disc edema and resembles the central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO) phenotype.
