Correlation between serum proinsulin levels and fatty liver: the DOSANCO Health Study
ConclusionsThe degree of fatty liver was positively associated with proinsulin level, regardless of the presence of obesity or hyperinsulinemia, suggesting that fatty liver reflects pancreatic β‐cell dysfunction.
