Erratum

In the article, “A Practical Definition of Evidence-Based Practice for Nursing” (2019;34:1080-1084), there was an error in Figure 3; both “Randomized Control Trial (RCT)” and “Quasi-Experimental Study” were labeled “Level 2.” The figure has been edited so that all five levels are numbered correctly .
