In conclusion, our data demonstrated that Ixazomib regulates bone remodeling by decreasing osteoclastogenesis and prompting osteoblast differentiation via the canonical SHH signaling pathway activation, thus, representing a promising therapeutic option to improve the complex pathological condition of MM patients.
