Presentation of Infantile Hemangiopericytoma/Solitary Fibrous Tumor as a Giant Extracranial Temporal Mass.

Conclusion: Infantile HPC/SFT of head and neck can grow rapidly during the infantile period. Complete excision without mutilating surgery should be curative.
