$1M initiative to target health disparities in North Philadelphia

Project HOME, Independence Blue Cross, and AmeriHealth Caritas are teaming up to address the significant health disparities in life expectancy and infant mortality experienced by North Philadelphia residents.

IBC and AmeriHealth Caritas, both health insurance plan divisions of Independence Health Group, provided a $1 million grant to Project HOME to support the initiative.
