Hereditary bilateral ureteropelvic junction obstruction
AbstractA 42-year-old woman presented with hypertensive crisis and bilateral hydronephrosis. She has a strong family history of ureteropelvic junction obstruction. Ureteropelvic junction obstruction is usually sporadic, unilateral, but inherited UPJO has also been reported.
