I plan on applying this upcoming cycle, and while I have high stats I don't really have any stand out ECs. Thoughts?

-350 hours clincial volunteering at large hospitals
-500 hours of research in a biochem lab, 2 summers (~250 hours) of urological clinical research (no pubs in either)
