Leveraging Payment Reform to Implement Sustainable Depression Screening and Treatment (QI605)
Two Medicare payment reform initiatives, the Oncology Care Model (OCM) and the upcoming mandatory Radiation Oncology Model, require and financially support depression screening for patients with cancer who are receiving active treatment. As a result, cancer providers across the country have a need to expand depression screening and treatment.
