Weekly Rounds with Interdisciplinary Palliative Care Consult Team and Prognostication for Hematology/Oncology Inpatients (QI652)

A growing body of evidence suggests that improving physician prognostication in patients with advanced cancer may allow for improved end of life care. Although the data suggests oncologists struggle with accurately predicting patients' prognosis, there is a dearth of literature on medical residents' abilities to prognosticate.
