CONCLUSION: The amotosalen/UVA PR system inactivated high titers of infectious YFV-17D in PC. In this study, we evaluated ATA as a potential antiviral drug against ZIKV replication. ConclusionsThe results demonstrated a single introduction of YFV in the Southeast region and the silent viral circulation before the onset of the outbreaks in 2016.
