TUDCA Ameliorates Liver Injury Via Activation of SIRT1–FXR Signaling in a Rat Hemorrhagic Shock Model

Conclusion: TUDCA in the liver decreased during HS. TUDCA supplementation might attenuate HS-induced liver injury by upregulating SIRT1–FXR signaling.
