Body Position Alters Mechanical Power and Respiratory Mechanics During Thoracic Surgery.
CONCLUSIONS: Mechanical power and lung elastance are increased in the lateral position with one-lung ventilation. Esophageal pressure monitoring may be used to follow these changes.
