Correlations between maximum standardized uptake value measured via 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography and clinical variables and biochemical indicators in adult lymphoma

Conclusions: 18F-FDG PET/CT may yield reliable measurements of tumor proliferation, and an SUVmax >8.5 may distinguish between aggressive and indolent NHLs. In adults with newly diagnosed lymphoma, SUVmax correlates with Ki-67 index and IPI score.
